Insets: Beaumont, Orange and Port Arthur area; Corpus Christi area; Lufkin area; Tyler, Longview, Henderson area; Austin area; El Paso area; Houston and Galveston area; Wichita Falls area; Lower Rio Grande Valley; San Antonio area; Tarrant County-Dallas County-Rockwall County. This map was part of an exhibit in a Supreme Court case, no. A-11012. Other maps from this exhibit are 7598-7601. 9/29/92
