Description:
Covers an area southwest of Rome as far as Cisterna di Littoria. Shows cities, towns, larger buildings, churches, cemeteries, industrial works, airfields, highways, railroads, trails, bridges, canals, creeks, rivers, lakes, mines, wells, aqueducts, vegetation, mountains, contour lines, and boundary lines. Map is made from six maps cut and taped together: Sheet 150 IV, 2nd ed. ("Roma"), Sheet 150 I, 1st ed. ("Tivoli"), and four others. Annotated in black ink showing military movements and placements. Map title written in black ink "Official Sladen G-3" and "Walker Maj Gen." Maps are War Office maps although publication information was cut away. Maps 7943, 7944, 7950, 7952, 7959 and 7960 are Operations Maps. 2/7/01 (HR)
