Plat showing streets, lots, blocks, roads, railroads, water lines, fire hydrant locations, and other water system features. This map was attached to a street map of Santa Rosa by the Texas Fire Insurance Department. This map is part of a records series, "Key rate city files," in the records of the State Fire Marshal's Office, Texas Dept. of Insurance. An additional plat map of the city from the series is map 8975. Other maps of the city may be found in the key rate city files - in the folders for that city's records. 1/20/06
