Description:
Highway map of a portion of east and central Texas featuring part of a historic roadway system known as the Old San Antonio Road, specifically the Camino Arriba, the Camino de los Tejas, the Upper Presidio road, the Camino Pita, the Lower Presido Road, and a caravan route. Shows highways, cities, towns, rivers, lakes, routes. Margin is annotated with locations, dates and times possibly corresponding with a tour of the Road operated by the Old San Antonio Road Preservation Commission. Map follows trail from Medina county in South Texas to the Rio Grande river. Trail is continued to the north and east on maps 9475 and 9476.
