Thaddeus C. Bell to Morgan C. Hamilton, June 1867

[b]e no delay in geting [sic] funds to pay for
supplies. I have already been notifyed [sic]
that I cannot get beef for provisions[,]
and I have no funds on hand[,] nor
can I contract liabilities. There has [sic]
been so many changes in the officers of
the Penitentiary recently, that we realy [sic]
have no credit.

Please forward me the form of Requis-
ition at your earliest convenience.
