Your New TexShare Resources from Gale

Classes from Feb 22 - May 17, 2017

In this workshop, you’ll learn all you need to know about integrating TexShare’s new Gale resources, Science In Context, LegalForms, and Gale Literary Sources into your library. Science In Context is an engaging online resource providing contextual information on hundreds of today's most significant science topics. We’ll examine how to find what you need (like science experiments) and show off user workflow tools like Google/Microsoft integration, citation generator, and more. LegalForms provides a comprehensive look at various types of legal documents. It offers the most robust collection of accessible legal information available. These forms are "attorney forms" -- officially approved forms actually used at a typical law firm. Many of the forms and documents are available in Word or Adobe format and can be edited and used with minor modifications to suit users’ needs by simply "filling in the blanks" with relevant and accurate information. We'll explore how to search and browse the resource to find the forms you need as well as examine additional tools that provide help for understanding legal terminology, concepts and more. Gale Literary Sources replaces Artemis Literary Sources as your cross-search tool for your collection of Gale literature databases. It’s a great one-stop shopping source for all your literature research needs with an updated, streamlined, mobile-friendly interface. This workshop will be led by Gale trainer, Stacey Knibloe, who likes an interactive session so bring your questions and reference needs!
