The Texas State Library and Archives Commission will once again be an official Texas Book Festival site in 2025, hosting author panels and inviting book lovers to visit us to see our Texas history exhibit and go on a behind-the-scenes tour of the State Archives. 

Special Texas Book Festival TSLAC Open House hours:
Saturday, November 8 – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 9 – 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Archives tours will take place on Saturday only.

Note that other regular Public Services are suspended, with the Zavala Building closed for all research as we host this special event.
