EBSCO

Statistics for EBSCO databases are available at http://eadmin.epnet.com/eadmin/login.asp Your library's EBSCO AdminID and Password are required. For an overview of EBSCOadmin, see their video tutorials.

Gale Cengage

See the Gale Usage Reporting Overview for information about available reports. Reports are available at http://admin.galegroup.com. If you do not have your credentials, or need to have new credentials created for you, you can send an email to Gale.Usage.Statistics@cengage.com. Please supply the following information: Library name, State, and your Gale Location ID (found here).


LearningExpress

For access to LearningExpress reports, contact EBSCO Customer Support at http://support.ebscohost.com/contact/askus.php.

Be sure to mention that your library is part of TexShare, and request an administrative login to the LearningExpress Reports Site. You will receive an e-mail from Customer Support providing you with a link to the reports site registration page, as well as an access code and a link to login after registering.


OCLC

Usage statistics for OCLC FirstSearch/WorldCat Discovery are available at: http://www.stats.oclc.org. Your library's FirstSearch authorization number and administrative password is required. Contact OCLC Technical Support (support@oclc.org), or call 800-848-5800 for this information.

ProQuest

ProQuest Platform

The ProQuest Administrative Module (PAM) allows access to usage reports for the SciTech Premium Collection, Historical Newspapers, Newsweek Magazine, Health Research Premium, 20th Century Poetry, and Academic Video Online. Instructions are available on the ProQuest LibGuide. To set up an account, email customerservice@proquest.com.

Academic Video Online / Behavioral & Mental Health Online

Academic Video Online (AVON) and Behavioral & Mental Health Online use the Alexander Street video platform. Usage reports can be accessed fromthe Alexander Street Admin Portal (which is different from the ProQuest Admin Portal), https://adminportal.alexanderstreet.com. To obtain credentials, please contact support@alexanderstreet.com.

Ebook Central

Ebook Central usage reports can be accessed through the LibCentral portal. You may request a LibCentral login by emailing ebooksupport@proquest.com.

Fold3

Statistics for Fold3 are available from the ProQuest Administrative Module (PAM). Fold3 Library Edition usage statistics are only COUNTER4 compliant, therefore will not show up in COUNTER5 reports. Contact ProQuest Technical Support with any questions.

HeritageQuest Online

Statistics for HeritageQuest are available from https://www.heritagequestonline.com/hqoreports. The page recognizes IP addresses and provides report options. Contact ProQuest Technical Support with any questions.

Texas Sanborn Maps

Statistics for Texas Sanborn Maps are available from http://dvusage.umi.com/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=sanClientID. The URL require a library-specific ClientID. Reports also require a login and password. Contact ProQuest Technical Support for this information.


TeachingBooks

Visit http://teachingbooks.net/Statistics.
