There has been some

criticism indulged in by

persons in various parts

of the state of the manner

in which the Board has

conducted this enterprise and

I suggest the appointment of

a committee whose duty it

shall be to make a thorough

investigation into the manner of

constructing the building and

everything connected with it

so that the people may be

advised

through their chosen

representatives.
