Frequently Asked Question
In 2021, the ordering process was updated so that individual libraries are now sent their orders directly rather than having them grouped as part of a significantly larger statewide order. This change not only makes the process faster and more convenient but also gives individual libraries greater control by allowing them to monitor the process from start to finish.
Instructions for ordering promotional materials will be disseminated via the Summer Library Newsletter, so if you haven't already, please consider subscribing in order to remain abreast of future updates. If you have missed this year’s announcement, please email LD@tsl.texas.gov to receive online manual information.
Please put your library’s contact information in for the email address. That way you will receive notifications when your items ship.
ONLY the items on the list of allowable purchases will be provided for free by TSLAC. After referring to the link provided in the ordering instructions, remove any additional items from your cart and purchase them in a separate order.
Your order should be shipped within about 6 weeks of placing the order. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the order is shipped.
