Why did the ordering process for promotional materials change?
In 2021, the ordering process was updated to make it faster and more convenient. Individual orders will ship more quickly if they’re not part of a significantly larger statewide order. This new process gives libraries greater control, and they’ll be able to monitor the process from start to finish.
Where do I get the voucher code to order promotional materials?

When ordering promotional materials, what should I put for the email address?
Please put your library’s contact information in for the email address. That way you will receive notifications when your items ship.
I’ve applied the voucher code, but the total in my cart is more than $0.00.
ONLY the items on the list of allowable purchases will be provided for free by TSLAC. After referring to the link provided in the ordering instructions, remove any additional items from your cart and purchase them in a separate order.
When will I receive my order?
Your order should be shipped within about 6 weeks of placing the order. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the order is shipped.
