he has been for three
months a cripple from
rheumatism and is now
just able to get about
with the use of his cane,
however, Col Brady re-
quests me to say that
whenever you come, he
will be pleased to go
with you to that historic
spot, and perhaps others
will accompany you.
Please let me hear from
you at what time you
may wish to visit the Battle
Field-and if you have no
other engagement would be
pleased to have you stop
with us while in the
city.
