            I now am allowing for

the fact that the photo. is from

what may only be termed a rough

sketch. But when each figure

has been carefully placed on

the canvas, and carefully drawn

from the models, and all

accessories and details carefully

and realistically worked up

Then the grandeur of your

composition and conception
