time being less expensive.
I am sorry that I do
not know of any dealers in
paintings either in New York
or Austin to whom I can
refer you, but by looking
over the business directorys [sic] of
these cities you would
probably find several to whom
you might write.
These directories can be
had at all express cos. [companies]
offices. I will however
make some enquiries myself
and use every effort in
my power to aid you in
your object.
I assure you I have always
entertained the greatest interest
in your welfare and success,
with a hope that your object
may be attained.
Your sincere friend
D. A. Woodward
