your Edward Miles communications about the Texas flag at San

Jacinto to the State for the use of the State Library alone. And we

will make out & send you an official acknowledgement of the

contribution stating its subject [and] also a certified copy of the

communication or communications. On receipt of the communication

by the State Library we will do as promised above.

Thanking you for the Jublee [sic] spirit manifested in this
