fourteenth eighteen seventy seven

My first telegram was predicated

upon street rumors above letter

came to my possession since

then what I want is

orders to use the troops in

case of emergency which appears

to be near We have

a train at the depot

steam up and companies are

now at the armories under

arms no undue excitement
