E-Read Texas - Promotional Materials

E-Read Texas brings electronic books and audiobooks to Texans served by small community libraries in all parts of the state.

E-Read Texas provides over 20,000 downloadable e-books and audiobooks and a mobile e-reader application that make it possible for all Texans served by public libraries to access e-books.

The E-Read Texas collection primarily includes adult fiction and popular non-fiction and is most appropriate for an adult audience.

Getting Started Guides

The Getting Started Guides are customizable instructions to help your patrons get started with SimplyE. They are PowerPoint files that you can edit to add your library's logo and any special instructions you want to give your patrons. Once you've made your edits, save the file as a PDF for printing or to add to your website. The guides are available for Apple and Android devices, in both English and Spanish.

Bookmarks and Flyers

Request printed bookmarks and flyers by submitting this form submit your request to kmcelfresh@tsl.texas.gov.. You can also download and print the files below. 

There are also full-page versions of the flyer that you can download and print at your library. Printed versions of the full page flyers are not available to order from TSLAC.

Social Media Graphics

Graphics for Facebook and Instagram are available for download from the Google Drive sites linked below. There are two versions: one that has space for you to add your library's logo, and a version that is ready to post. 

Media Kit

TSLAC created a media kit that includes a variety of materials participating libraries can use to promote E-Read Texas to their communities. The kit includes a draft press release, a letter to elected officials, and social media posts, as well as links to instructional documents and other printable materials.

Additional Materials

Additional materials are available from Amigos Library Services. In most cases, these materials will not include the E-Read Texas branding.
