Apr 30 2024 | FY2024 Statewide ILL Reimbursement Program The ILL Lending Reimbursement Program is an annual, non-competitive grant program managed by TSLAC to help participating libraries receive a flat-rate reimbursement for each lend made to Texas public libraries through the Navigator ILL system. Join Texas State Library staff on this webinar for information about participating in the FY 2024 ILL Lending Reimbursement Program: Eligibility, requirements, opting in, completing and submitting forms, award dispersal details, and using the Grant Management System (GMS) portal.

Discussion will include ongoing training opportunities and timelines, closing out of current systems and products, and formatting and printing books straps and labels in the new SHAREit system. We will also discuss the timeline and expectations as TSLAC works to migrate participating libraries to a new interlibrary loan system over the next year.

Oct 30 2023 | Trans-Amigos Express (TAE) Courier Launches New Label Maker The Amigos Trans-Amigos Express (TAE) Courier is launching a new label maker! This new tool will provide users with an easy-to-use system filled with enhancements to streamline courier processes. The new label maker will be available for use by TAE participants on November 6, 2023. Apply for a user account for the new TAE Label Maker at https://tlm.amigos.org/ in anticipation of that start date.

Oct 12 2023 | Statewide Interlibrary Loan: Migrating to SHAREit in 2024 Join TSLAC staff for an overview and timeline of implementing the new ILL system for statewide interlibrary loan over the next year. With OCLC’s Navigator being discontinued in August 2024, TSLAC has contracted with Auto-Graphics, Inc. for a new system (SHAREit) participating libraries will use for ILL management. We will discuss what information we need from libraries to set up local accounts and what to expect for training and testing in 2024. Libraries will continue to use Navigator through the spring of 2024
